When looking for a cold refreshing beverage, beware!\u00a0 Your first instinct may be to reach for a cold beer or refreshing cocktail.\u00a0 Refreshing, yes!\u00a0 Hydrating, no!\u00a0 Actually these alcohol filled beverages are dangerously dehydrating!<\/p>\n

\u00a0We don\u2019t want to spoil your fun, but we do want to encourage you to choose wisely.\u00a0 Know when it\u2019s okay to lift a frosty mug and when it\u2019s time to reach for a cold glass of water.<\/p>\n
